2. Software License Grant

A. FlitKey Free Edition

FlitKey Free Edition is open-source software licensed under the MIT License. You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to download, use, copy, modify, merge, and distribute the open-source codebase for personal or commercial use.

B. FlitKey Pro Lifetime License

FlitKey Pro is a one-time purchase ($29) that grants a perpetual, non-transferable lifetime license to unlock advanced features including the Searchable Snippet Picker overlay, batch Espanso/AHK importers, browser extension integration, and priority updates. A single Pro license permits installation on all personal devices owned by the license holder.

3. 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All FlitKey Pro purchases are backed by our official 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you request a refund within 15 calendar days of purchase, your full purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method, and your Pro license key will be deactivated.

4. User Responsibilities & Permitted Use

You agree not to use FlitKey to execute malicious keylogging scripts, bypass system security controls, or generate unauthorized spam. You are solely responsible for managing your local configuration files and backup data.
